Katjes Greenfood sets volume of new 2026/ 2031 corporate bond at EUR 44 million

Düsseldorf, 19 October 2026 – Katjesgreenfood GmbH & Co. KG (“Katjes Greenfood”), the investment company of the Katjes Group focused on growth companies in the food industry’s “better-for-you” segment, has set the volume of the new 2026/2031 corporate bond (WKN: A5GS6W; ISIN: NO0013759555) at EUR 44 million, which is 10% above the original target volume of EUR 40 million. The original target volume of EUR 40 million was intended for the early refinancing of existing liabilities. Despite very high demand from institutional, existing, and retail investors, as well as significant oversubscription, Katjes Greenfood deliberately limited the increase to this amount.
