Philippe Brändle appointed new CEO of Züblin

The Board of Directors of Züblin Immobilien Holding AG has appointed Philippe Brändle as the new CEO. 
Mr. Brändle is expected to take over from Roland Friederich as of 1 October 2024. 

Philippe Brändle holds a master’s degree in architecture and business administration. After working in real estate consulting, he took over management responsibility at two leading Swiss property companies as CEO from 2016 and CFO from 2021. Chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Markus Wesnitzer comments on the nomination of the CEO: «As part of a careful recruitment process, the Board of Directors attached particular importance to market-oriented real estate expertise and a broad network in Switzerland for Züblin's further development.
