- Adani Ports established Continental Energy Terminals B.V. in the Netherlands on November 5.
- The new entity is linked to the company's international ports and logistics expansion.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has established a new Dutch step-down subsidiary as it builds the structure for its international ports and logistics expansion. The development was reported by InvestyWise on Friday, November 6, 2026.
New Dutch subsidiary established
Continental Energy Terminals B.V. was incorporated in the Netherlands on November 5, according to the report. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani International Ports Holdings Pte Ltd., which is itself wholly owned by Adani Ports.
The company will operate in the ports and logistics sector. Its creation is linked to Adani Ports' proposed acquisition of Evos B.V. and provides a local corporate vehicle for the group's planned European expansion.
Structure supports international growth
InvestyWise reported that the new entity was formed with one share carrying a nominal value of 100 euros. The incorporation adds to Adani Ports' international operating structure but does not by itself complete the proposed Evos transaction.
For investors, the announcement is a corporate implementation step rather than a new operating result. The eventual effect on earnings, leverage and cash flow will depend on the completion and performance of the broader European expansion.
