Alnylam Pharmaceuticals announced on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, that it will present new clinical and real-world data on AMVUTTRA (vutrisiran) at two medical meetings in November. The company said the presentations will add long-term evidence on RNAi-powered transthyretin, or TTR, silencing.

Long-Term HELIOS-B Results Ahead
According to the Alnylam Pharmaceuticals press release, a late-breaking presentation at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions in Chicago will feature five-year HELIOS-B results, including two years of open-label extension data in patients with transthyretin amyloidosis with cardiomyopathy, or ATTR-CM. The AHA meeting runs from November 6 through November 9.
The company also plans to present an analysis of 48 HELIOS-B participants using cardiopulmonary exercise testing and imaging. Alnylam said the analysis found that vutrisiran preserved exercise capacity and cardiopulmonary performance over two years compared with placebo.
Further Data at ISA
At the International Symposium on Amyloidosis in Montevideo, Alnylam will present a post hoc analysis of neuropathy-related quality-of-life measures in patients with ATTR-CM and polyneuropathy. The company will also show real-world data from more than 1,000 patients starting vutrisiran and an indirect comparison of vutrisiran with acoramidis.
The presentations are relevant to investors because AMVUTTRA is approved in the United States for adults with ATTR-CM and for adults with hereditary transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis with polyneuropathy. In the HELIOS-B study, Alnylam said AMVUTTRA reduced the risk of all-cause mortality and recurrent cardiovascular events versus placebo through 36 months.
