America Movil stock traded at 22.50 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 16:33 CET on Thursday, November 5, 2026. That was 2.27 percent above the 22.00 euros recorded in our November 2 report, a separate comparison from the daily Xetra close.
The latest market focus remains on the telecom group's third-quarter operating performance and balance-sheet progress. MarketBeat reported that revenue rose 7.6 percent year over year to MXN 251 billion, while net income increased 7 percent to MXN 24 billion.
Postpaid Growth Offsets Prepaid Cleanup
Mobile postpaid and fixed-broadband accesses were the main customer-growth drivers. Postpaid mobile accesses increased 8.9 percent year over year and fixed-broadband accesses rose 5.6 percent, helping offset a 5 million decline in prepaid subscribers linked largely to customer-base cleanups in Mexico and Colombia.
At constant exchange rates, service revenue increased 5.3 percent and EBITDA rose 6.7 percent. The EBITDA margin reached 40.8 percent, up 0.5 percentage points from the prior-year quarter, while mobile service revenue grew 6.3 percent and fixed-line revenue growth accelerated to 3.7 percent from 2.7 percent in the preceding quarter.
Cash Generation Lowers Leverage
Cash flow funded MXN 76 billion of capital expenditure in the first nine months. It also reduced net debt in cash-flow terms by MXN 34 billion and supported MXN 27 billion of buybacks and dividends. Free cash flow was 41 percent higher than in 2025.
Net debt excluding leases stood at MXN 400 billion at quarter-end, equal to 1.21 times EBITDA after leases compared with 1.50 times at the end of 2025. Management retained a leverage target of 1.2 to 1.5 times EBITDA after leases and expects next year's capital expenditure near USD 7 billion.
