Arista Networks is balancing strong AI infrastructure momentum with a product transition after issuing an end-of-sale and end-of-life notice for its DCA-DM-AN660 Analytics Node appliance on October 27. The notice gives customers until January 31, 2027, to place orders and says there will be no direct equivalent replacement.
The company said customers with active support contracts will continue receiving technical assistance until the published end-of-life milestones. Software bug fixes are scheduled through March 31, 2029, while technical support, hardware returns and the product's end of life are set for October 31, 2029, according to the Arista Networks advisory.
AI networking remains the main test
A separate October 27 review by Simply Wall St said Arista had reported a record quarter, revenue above 3 billion US dollars and 38 percent year-on-year growth. The review also highlighted a higher 2026 revenue outlook of about 12.6 billion US dollars and AI fabrics revenue guidance of at least 3.5 billion to 3.6 billion US dollars.
Simply Wall St said Etherlink AI switches were already used by more than 100 customers. That supports the growth case, but it also raises the execution bar: a pause in hyperscaler spending, slower data center approvals or weaker adoption of newer platforms could affect orders and the anticipated software contribution.
