BIC sets measurable 2030 targets

In a strategic update dated September 7, 2026, GlobeNewswire reported that BIC is targeting organic net sales growth of 3.00 percent annually from 2026 through 2030. The same plan calls for an adjusted EBIT margin above 15.50 percent and free cash flow above EUR 250.0 million in 2030.

The roadmap also sets cumulative free cash flow of EUR 900.0 million to EUR 950.0 million for 2027 through 2030. BIC expects to invest EUR 100.0 million in operating expenses over that period, while targeting EUR 80.0 million in recurring annual savings by 2030.

BIC is organizing the strategy around Stationery, Lighters, Shavers and Brushes. The plan assigns Tangle Teezer to the Brushes category and emphasizes portfolio simplification, stronger distribution, local execution and selective geographic expansion.

The strategic update links the financial targets to a transformation program covering manufacturing productivity, supply chain planning, commercial coordination and digital systems. That connection matters because the 2030 margin target requires operating savings as well as sales growth.
