- CA Immo completed the sale of five Prague office buildings and exited the Czech market.
- The portfolio covers approximately 85,000 square metres of gross leasable area.
- Management plans to use proceeds for corporate purposes, investment, debt repayment, share buybacks and dividends.
CA Immo completed the sale of its remaining Czech platform on October 22, 2026, marking the real estate group's full exit from the Czech market. The company announced the transaction in a press release and said the sale generated a profit against book value.
The deal covers five office buildings at the Riverside Karlín campus in Prague: Nile House, Amazon Court, Danube House, Mississippi House and Missouri Park. Together, the properties comprise approximately 85,000 square metres of gross leasable area. The buyer also took over CA Immo's entire Czech team, which will continue to manage the portfolio under new ownership.
Capital rotation narrows geographic focus
CA Immo said the transaction continues its strategic capital rotation program. The group is concentrating its investment portfolio on large, modern Class A office properties in prime inner-city locations in Berlin and Munich. The Czech disposal follows earlier sales of the Visionary and Kavci Hory office buildings, which had already reduced the company's exposure to the country.
Chief Executive Officer Keegan Viscius said the completion of the Danube House refurbishment created an appropriate point to conclude the market exit. He also said the transaction would refine CA Immo's portfolio profile, while increasing economies of scale and critical mass in Germany.
CA Immo said proceeds could be used for general corporate purposes, investments in the prime portfolio, debt repayment, share buybacks, dividend distributions and external investments if attractive opportunities emerge. The company did not disclose financial terms for the sale in the announcement.
Quote remains an investor reference
The real-time quote of CA Immo stock was 20.85 euros at Lang & Schwarz on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 09:37 Berlin time. The transaction gives investors a clearer view of the group's intended geographic focus, but its financial effect will depend on the final use of proceeds and the performance of the remaining portfolio.
