- Third-quarter revenue rose 11.7% at constant exchange rates, with bookings increasing 3.4%.
- Management lifted the 2026 revenue-growth target while leaving operating-margin and organic free-cash-flow goals unchanged.
- AI transformation, North American demand and stronger UK activity supported the quarter, while the fourth quarter faces a higher comparison base.
Capgemini reported stronger-than-expected momentum in the third quarter on October 30, 2026, and raised its full-year revenue outlook. In its Q3 2026 revenue release, the French technology services group said revenue increased 11.7% at constant exchange rates to EUR 6,073 million.
Reported revenue growth was 12.6%, helped by currency movements. Revenue for the first nine months reached EUR 18,155 million, up 11.4% at constant exchange rates. Third-quarter bookings rose 3.4% at constant exchange rates to EUR 5,401 million, indicating continued commercial activity despite a more demanding comparison base.
AI demand supports regional growth
Chief Executive Officer Aiman Ezzat said clients were moving from experimentation toward enterprise-scale AI deployment while addressing governance, cost and security requirements. Capgemini linked this demand to modernization of technology and data foundations and to the development of agentic AI applications.
North America remained a major growth engine, with revenue up 18.3% at constant exchange rates. Revenue in the United Kingdom and Ireland increased 25.2%, while France returned to growth of 4.9%. Asia-Pacific and Latin America grew 11.9%, supported partly by the contribution from WNS and Cloud4C, which Capgemini acquired in the fourth quarter of 2025.
By business line, Operations and Engineering revenue grew 26.9% at constant exchange rates, while Strategy and Transformation advanced 18.6%. Applications and Technology, the group's largest business line, grew 3.5% as customers continued modernizing legacy systems.
Revenue target moves higher
Capgemini now expects 2026 revenue growth of 9.0% to 9.5% at constant exchange rates, compared with its previous target of around 8.5% to 9.0%. The company kept the expected inorganic contribution at around five percentage points, meaning the upgrade reflects stronger underlying performance rather than a higher acquisition assumption.
Management expects constant-currency growth of 3% to 4% in the fourth quarter. That target reflects a higher comparison base, including the stronger fourth quarter of 2025. The company also maintained its operating-margin target of 13.6% to 13.8% and its organic free-cash-flow target of EUR 1.8 billion to EUR 1.9 billion. The cash-flow target includes around EUR 200 million of additional restructuring cash outflow linked to the Fit-for-Growth program.
Share price remains near recent close
Capgemini stock traded at EUR 129.60 on Lang & Schwarz at 10:35 CET on Thursday, November 5, 2026, 0.08% above the Xetra close of EUR 129.50 on Wednesday, November 4, according to the reported November 4 closing quote. The move keeps the shares close to the level reached after the upgraded outlook.
Investors must weigh the stronger operating momentum against the tougher fourth-quarter comparison and the investment required to capture AI demand. The unchanged margin target suggests management is prioritizing growth and capability building while retaining its profitability framework.
