Fiscal Q3 revenue beats estimates

For the quarter ended August 2, 2026, Deere reported revenue of USD 12.608 billion, compared with an estimate of USD 10.81 billion, according to The Globe and Mail. Adjusted EPS was USD 5.10, above the USD 4.71 estimate, while net income reached USD 1.379 billion.

The quarterly revenue figure was 5 percent higher than a year earlier, and earnings per share increased 7.4 percent from USD 4.75. That comparison matters because Deere had faced a prolonged agricultural equipment downturn before fiscal Q3 returned earnings to year-over-year growth.

Guidance rises at the low end

Deere raised the low end of its fiscal 2026 net income guidance to USD 4.75 billion from USD 4.50 billion while retaining the upper end at USD 5.00 billion, the same report said. The new range remains below the USD 5.027 billion recorded in fiscal 2025.

The outlook is uneven across the operating portfolio. Fiscal 2026 sales are expected to decline 10 percent in Production and Precision Agriculture, while Small Agriculture and Turf sales are projected to rise 15 percent and Construction and Forestry sales 20 percent, according to The Globe and Mail. This split leaves segment mix and construction demand as important drivers of the full-year result.
