Drägerwerk stock traded at 103.80 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 17:58 CET on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, 0.19 percent below the Xetra close of Tuesday, November 3. Compared with the 101.80-euro quote in the previous report published on November 2, the stock was 1.97 percent higher.

The new market reference comes as investors weigh stronger nine-month sales against weaker quarterly profitability. Drägerwerk reported the figures for the nine months ended September 30 on October 29.

Strong Sales, Softer Quarterly Profit

According to the Deutsche Börse release, currency-adjusted order intake rose 3.6 percent to EUR 2.6735 billion and sales increased 5.3 percent to EUR 2.4539 billion in the first nine months. EBIT climbed to EUR 111.8 million from EUR 77.1 million, lifting the margin to 4.6 percent from 3.3 percent.

The quarterly picture was weaker. Third-quarter sales rose 1.0 percent on a currency-adjusted basis to EUR 850.8 million, while EBIT declined to EUR 48.0 million from EUR 56.7 million. The EBIT margin narrowed to 5.6 percent from 6.8 percent.

One-Off Support Raises Execution Focus

Customs refunds contributed EUR 27.9 million to nine-month EBIT, including EUR 20.1 million in the third quarter. The company also reported EUR 25.8 million in nonrefundable US customs expenses for the current year, making the underlying operating trend important for the final quarter.

Safety Technology supplied the stronger demand signal: nine-month sales rose 6.5 percent and order intake increased 13.1 percent on a currency-adjusted basis. Medical Technology sales grew 4.4 percent, but medical order intake fell 3.5 percent.

Drägerwerk kept its 2026 forecast for currency-adjusted sales growth of 2.0 to 6.0 percent and an EBIT margin of 6.0 to 8.0 percent. Investors will focus next on fourth-quarter demand, cost control and the conversion of safety orders into profitable sales.
