- EQT reported 41.6 billion euros of gross inflows for the third quarter of 2026.
- Coller Capital added 34 billion euros to fee-generating assets after the transaction closed.
- Infrastructure VII and EQT XI are expected to support future fee-generating asset growth.
EQT AB reported strong fundraising momentum for the third quarter of 2026 in a company announcement published on October 15. Gross inflows reached 41.6 billion euros, while the Coller Capital combination expanded the private-markets platform and increased fee-generating assets under management to 195 billion euros.
The announcement from EQT covered the July-to-September period and was released at 07:00 CEST on October 15. Total assets under management stood at 354 billion euros at September 30, compared with 267 billion euros a year earlier. Fee-generating assets rose from 139 billion euros in the prior-year period.
Coller changes the growth profile
Coller Capital, which began operating as Coller EQT after completion on August 31, contributed 34 billion euros to the increase in fee-generating assets. Net inflows to key funds were 10.9 billion euros, including 10.3 billion euros related to the inclusion of Coller. Other strategies generated 24.4 billion euros of net inflows, with 19.0 billion euros linked to the transaction.
The integration also broadens EQT's exposure to secondaries and credit strategies. EQT said Coller EQT was preparing the launch of CIP X early in 2027 and had started fundraising for its third Coller Credit Opportunities fund. A technical change to the presentation of Coller EQT's fee-generating assets will apply from the fourth quarter, but EQT said it would not affect fund economics or its outlook.
New funds set the next milestones
EQT said fundraising for the Scaleup Europe Fund had secured more than 3 billion euros against a 5 billion euro target, with fundraising continuing into the first half of 2027. EQT XI is expected to be activated within the next few months, while Infrastructure VII is expected to be activated around year-end and to hold an early close in December.
Chief Executive and Managing Partner Per Franzén said the platform was seeing good deal flow and value creation while focusing on monetisations and liquidity. The company also agreed on October 15 to acquire U.S. real estate investment manager Stockbridge, which has approximately 17 billion U.S. dollars of fee-generating assets; closing is expected in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary conditions.
EQT stock traded at 28.78 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 10:00:04 CET on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. The real-time quote of EQT stock is available here.
