- Fee-generating assets under management rose to EUR 195 billion from EUR 139 billion a year earlier.
- Total assets under management reached EUR 354 billion, compared with EUR 267 billion in the prior-year period.
- The Coller Capital combination added EUR 34 billion to fee-generating assets, while new strategies broadened EQT's growth pipeline.
EQT reported strong fundraising momentum for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, in an announcement published on October 15. The Swedish investment organization said gross inflows reached EUR 41.6 billion, while the combination with Coller Capital expanded its platform across private capital, infrastructure, real estate and secondaries.
Fee-generating assets under management stood at EUR 195 billion at the end of September, up from EUR 139 billion a year earlier. Total assets under management reached EUR 354 billion, compared with EUR 267 billion in the prior-year period. EQT said EUR 34 billion of the increase in fee-generating assets came from Coller Capital, which was consolidated after the transaction closed on August 31.
Coller integration drives asset growth
Net inflows to key funds amounted to EUR 10.9 billion, including EUR 10.3 billion related to the inclusion of Coller Capital. Other strategies generated EUR 24.4 billion of net inflows, with EUR 19.0 billion linked to Coller Capital and the remainder partly related to the activation of the Scaleup Europe Fund.
EQT said the Scaleup Europe Fund had secured more than EUR 3 billion in commitments by the announcement date against a target fund size of EUR 5 billion. Fundraising is expected to continue through the first half of 2027. EQT Infrastructure VII, meanwhile, is expected to be activated around year-end, with an early close anticipated in December.
The company also highlighted investment performance. Valuations of key funds increased 5 percent during the quarter and 10 percent over the previous 12 months, while all key funds were performing on or above plan. Gross fund investments amounted to EUR 7 billion and gross fund exits to EUR 3 billion during the quarter.
New real estate deal adds another catalyst
On October 15, EQT announced an agreement to acquire Stockbridge, a US real estate investment manager with approximately USD 17 billion in fee-generating assets under management. The transaction is to be funded with cash and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions including regulatory approval.
For investors, the update reinforces the importance of fundraising, fee-generating assets and fund activation to EQT's business model. The company says its financial model is primarily affected by the size of fee-generating assets, fund performance and its ability to attract and retain talent. The Coller integration boosts scale, but EQT will apply a technical adjustment to Coller EQT's presentation of fee-generating assets from the fourth quarter onward. The company said the change does not affect fund economics or its outlook.
The real-time quote of EQT stock was EUR 28.10 on Lang & Schwarz at 10:13 Berlin time on Friday, October 30, 2026.
