Galderma raised its 2026 sales outlook after strong nine-month growth, while a new company update adds detail on the portfolio and strategic expansion. In its October 22 release, the Swiss dermatology group reported record net sales of 4.765 billion USD for the first nine months, up 25.1% year on year at constant currency. The release is available from Galderma.

Growth broadens across dermatology

Third-quarter sales increased 26.0% at constant currency. For the first nine months, Therapeutic Dermatology sales rose 64.4% to 1.347 billion USD, while Nemluvio sales reached 735 million USD. Dermatological Skincare grew 16.2% and Injectable Aesthetics increased 13.2%, according to the company.

Galderma lifted its full-year net sales growth guidance to 22.5%-23.5% at constant currency from 19%-21% previously. The company kept its Core EBITDA margin target at approximately 26% at constant currency. The guidance excludes any potential contribution from the planned ZO Skin Health acquisition.

Acquisition remains a key catalyst

Galderma said the ZO Skin Health transaction, valued at 1.5 billion USD in enterprise value, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 or early 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. The company expects the deal to be slightly dilutive to its Core EBITDA margin in 2027 and broadly in line with the group margin from 2028.

The company also highlighted its inclusion in the Swiss Market Index and an upgraded credit rating. For investors, the higher sales target strengthens the near-term growth case, while execution around Nemluvio, the aesthetics portfolio and the ZO integration remains central to the investment outlook.

Galderma stock traded at 209.50 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 16:13 Berlin time on Friday, October 30, 2026.
