Goldman raises target for JCDecaux stock to EUR 27.40

Goldman Sachs raised its JCDecaux target from EUR 24.60 to EUR 27.40 while keeping a Neutral rating on September 28, 2026, according to finanzen.ch. The target is 10.22 percent above the Lang & Schwarz price of EUR 24.86, giving investors a clear valuation reference without changing the bank's cautious rating.
Goldman raises the valuation bar
The September 28 note leaves the Neutral stance intact even as Goldman Sachs lifted its target by EUR 2.80, or 11.38 percent, from the previous EUR 24.60. finanzen.ch reported that analyst Adam Berlin viewed the business as strong, while profitability could offer upside, but also said much of that potential was already reflected in the valuation.
That balance matters because the stock is trading only 2.13 percent below its 52-week high of EUR 25.40. The current price therefore leaves less room for a headline-driven re-rating than the distance to Goldman's target might initially suggest.
Revenue provides the operating anchor
Business Insider reported that the quarter ending June 30, 2026 produced EUR 1.8 billion in revenue and EUR 140.2 million in net profit. The comparison with the share price is important: the latest operating snapshot supports the valuation discussion, while Goldman still distinguishes business momentum from the price already assigned to it.
JCDecaux also reported H1 2026 revenue of EUR 1,953.9 million in its September 16 release, which named Wall GmbH as the winner of an exclusive advertising contract covering 965 bus shelters and 143 free-standing city information panels in Düsseldorf. The number of digital screens in those panels is planned to rise from 125 to 175, according to JCDecaux.
November results set the next test
J.P. Morgan placed JCDecaux on Positive Catalyst Watch ahead of the November 4, 2026 third-quarter revenue release and raised its price target from EUR 30.00 to EUR 34.00, according to Investing.com. The broker forecast 6.30 percent organic revenue growth for the third quarter, compared with JCDecaux guidance of around 5.00 percent and consensus at 5.50 percent.
