Grab Holdings reported stronger third-quarter performance and raised its full-year outlook on November 3, according to the company's earnings release. The Southeast Asian platform operator said revenue grew 27 percent year over year to USD 1.112 billion in the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
Growth broadens across Grab
Adjusted EBITDA rose 73 percent to a record USD 237 million, lifting the margin to 21.3 percent from 15.6 percent a year earlier. Grab said all three core segments were profitable on a segment adjusted EBITDA basis for the first time, with Financial Services contributing USD 12 million after a loss of USD 28 million in the prior-year quarter.
Deliveries revenue increased 21 percent to USD 561 million, while Mobility revenue rose 10 percent to USD 349 million. Financial Services revenue climbed 124 percent to USD 201 million, supported by lending growth, the consolidation of Superbank and the acquisition of Stash.
Higher targets and capital returns
Grab raised its 2026 revenue guidance to USD 4.15 billion to USD 4.20 billion from USD 4.10 billion to USD 4.15 billion. The company also lifted its adjusted EBITDA outlook to USD 790 million to USD 800 million from USD 720 million to USD 740 million.
Management said Grab repurchased USD 400 million of Class A ordinary shares in September and October, leaving USD 500 million under its share repurchase programs. Trailing twelve-month adjusted free cash flow reached USD 533 million, nearly twice the prior-year level.
Reported profit remains volatile
Profit for the period was USD 18 million, compared with USD 17 million a year earlier. Grab said non-operating items included a USD 57 million net fair value loss on financial assets and liabilities and a USD 12 million impairment loss on an equity-accounted investee. The company also expects a USD 60 million break fee in the fourth quarter after Taiwan's Fair Trade Commission rejected its proposed foodpanda Taiwan acquisition; the charge will be included in IFRS results but excluded from adjusted EBITDA.
