- Logitech delivered its eleventh consecutive quarter of year-over-year sales growth.
- Management expects the semiconductor incident to reduce fiscal Q3 sales by 70 million to 80 million US dollars.
- Gaming and Video Collaboration remained the strongest reported growth areas.
Logitech reported another quarter of growth on October 27, 2026, but warned that a semiconductor supplier incident will weigh on the holiday period. The latest report from ad-hoc-news.de said fiscal Q2 sales increased 3 percent in US dollars and 2 percent in constant currency.
Logitech stock traded at 90.08 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 17:08 CET on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. Compared with the 84.50 euros quoted in the latest relevant report on Tuesday, November 3, the move is 6.61 percent.
Fiscal Q2, which ended September 30, marked the company's eleventh consecutive quarter of year-over-year sales growth. GAAP operating income rose 5 percent to 201 million US dollars, while non-GAAP operating income reached 231 million US dollars.
Supplier Incident Shapes Holiday Outlook
One semiconductor supplier suffered a serious incident at a manufacturing facility that closed at the end of June. The site reopened in September and began ramping production, but capacity remains below Logitech's requirements. Management expects full production by the end of calendar 2026 and says the impact should be largely resolved in fiscal Q4.
For fiscal Q3, Logitech expects sales of 1.36 billion to 1.43 billion US dollars. The constant-currency outlook ranges from a 5 percent year-over-year decline to flat sales and includes an estimated 70 million to 80 million US dollar impact from the supplier incident. Non-GAAP operating income is expected to range from 220 million to 255 million US dollars.
Demand Remains Broadly Resilient
Gaming sales increased 8 percent year over year to 349.3 million US dollars in fiscal Q2, while Video Collaboration grew 12 percent to 188.4 million US dollars. Logitech said mitigation efforts include secondary sourcing, product redesigns and changes to global supply allocation.
For investors, component availability and holiday-quarter shipments remain the central operating variables. The company also launched 19 products for the holiday quarter, leaving execution and supplier recovery as the next milestones.
