Nemetschek expanded the regional reach of its AI strategy on Monday, November 2, with the introduction of three premium offerings for the Middle East. International Business Magazine reported that Archicad Max, Allplan Max and Bluebeam Max are being brought to architecture, engineering and construction users in the region.

AI reaches three core workflows

Archicad Max is positioned for architecture and includes an agentic AI Assistant that can complete multi-step tasks within the Archicad model. Allplan Max 2027 extends AI across the engineering portfolio, while Bluebeam Max targets construction teams with tools such as Smart Review, Smart Overlay and Magic Markups.
