- Archicad Max, Allplan Max and Bluebeam Max target architecture, engineering and construction workflows.
- The offerings run on the shared Nemetschek Intelligence Platform and emphasize interoperability.
- Pricing was not disclosed, while availability differs by product and region.
Nemetschek introduced a family of premium artificial intelligence offerings on Thursday, October 29, 2026, spanning architecture, engineering and construction. Express Computer reported that Archicad Max, Allplan Max and Bluebeam Max are designed to automate routine work, improve access to project information and support professional decision-making.
Three products, one platform
The three subscriptions run on the Nemetschek Intelligence Platform, which the company describes as a common AI and data foundation. The strategy gives each core discipline a dedicated product while linking the offerings through a shared technology layer.
Archicad Max, developed by Nemetschek subsidiary Graphisoft, includes a beta AI Assistant for multi-step tasks inside an Archicad model. AI Assistant Spaces use a firm's own standards and project information, while an updated AI Visualizer supports design visualisation. Subscribers also receive early access to Nemetschek Creator, a browser-based platform for early-stage design, with full access planned for its commercial release in 2027.
Allplan Max 2027 extends AI across Allplan, SCIA, FRILO, RISA and SDS2. The features cover building information modelling, structural analysis, drafting, formula writing and design support. Nemetschek said early beta users reported up to 36% faster completion of selected tasks, while engineers remain responsible for reviewing designs, approving outputs and making final decisions.
Bluebeam Max focuses on construction workflows and extends Revu with Smart Review, Smart Overlay and Magic Markups. The tools identify potential drawing discrepancies, compare drawing sets and automate markups and quantity takeoffs. Bluebeam Max has been available globally since May 2026, and Nemetschek said more than 2,000 early adopters reported productivity gains in preconstruction, design coordination and construction management.
Interoperability shapes the rollout
Nemetschek is positioning the subscriptions as an open alternative to isolated software environments. Archicad Max includes a public Model Context Protocol server in beta, while Bluebeam Max supports integrations with Anthropic Claude, GitHub Copilot CLI and AnythingLLM. The company also links Bluebeam markups with locations in Revit drawings and model views.
The company has not disclosed pricing for the three subscriptions. Availability and commercial rollout details differ by product, package and region, leaving the near-term revenue contribution difficult to assess from the announcement alone.
Investor focus shifts to execution
At 9:58 a.m. Berlin time on Friday, October 30, Nemetschek stock traded at 75.45 euros on Lang & Schwarz, 2.80% above the Xetra close of Thursday, October 29. The real-time quote of Nemetschek stock is available on the company snapshot.
The AI rollout broadens Nemetschek's subscription proposition across the building lifecycle. For investors, the key execution questions are adoption, pricing, regional availability and whether shared AI capabilities can increase recurring software revenue without weakening customer control over project data.
