- Oracle targets at least 225 billion US dollars in fiscal 2030 revenue and at least 30 billion US dollars in fiscal 2029 free cash flow.
- Capital spending is expected to peak in fiscal 2027 and fiscal 2028 before declining in fiscal 2029.
- Management plans to cap additional capital-market funding through fiscal 2030 at 20 billion US dollars.
Oracle's artificial-intelligence investment plan is moving into an execution phase after the company set long-term financial targets at its Investor Day on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Yahoo Finance reported that Oracle linked the targets to its effort to make heavy AI infrastructure spending generate cash.
Oracle stock traded at 109.96 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 5:18 p.m. CET on Monday, November 2, 2026. That was 6.28 percent below the 117.33-euro quote used in the latest own Oracle report at 12:18 p.m. CET; this comparison measures the move since that report and is separate from a Xetra daily comparison.
Revenue ambition meets funding discipline
Oracle expects total revenue to reach at least 225 billion US dollars in fiscal 2030, implying annual growth of more than 35 percent from fiscal 2026. The company also reaffirmed a fiscal 2027 revenue target of at least 90 billion US dollars.
Management expects free cash flow to turn positive in the second half of fiscal 2028 and reach at least 30 billion US dollars in fiscal 2029. Capital spending should peak in fiscal 2027 and fiscal 2028, then decline in fiscal 2029.
The funding plan limits additional capital-market funding through fiscal 2030 to 20 billion US dollars, excluding refinancing. Oracle expects the planned amount to comprise 10 billion US dollars of equity and 10 billion US dollars of gross debt. The company also expects net debt to adjusted EBITDA to fall below 3.5 times in fiscal 2029.
Cash generation is the next milestone
The targets give investors a timetable for assessing whether demand for AI computing converts into revenue and cash generation. The main milestones are the expected investment peak through fiscal 2028, positive free cash flow in the second half of fiscal 2028 and the fiscal 2029 cash-flow target.
