- Rockwell Automation raised its quarterly dividend after a regular board review.
- The company is due to report fiscal 2026 results and introduce fiscal 2027 guidance this week.
- The payout decision adds a capital-return aspect as investors assess the next operating outlook.
Rockwell Automation enters earnings week with a higher quarterly dividend and a scheduled update on its next fiscal year. The company announced the payout increase on Friday, October 30, ahead of its fiscal 2026 results on Thursday, November 5.
Business Wire reported that Rockwell Automation's board declared a quarterly dividend of USD 1.45 per share, up from USD 1.38 in the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on December 10, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 16.
Capital returns meet a key earnings date
The dividend decision gives investors a fresh capital-return reference point while the company approaches its fiscal year-end report. Rockwell Automation is scheduled to report fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 results before the market opens on November 5 and introduce fiscal 2027 guidance at the same time.
The next report will therefore set the near-term framework for assessing demand, execution and the company's automation and digital-transformation portfolio. The higher payout does not replace that operating test, but it adds a shareholder-return element to the earnings setup.
The real-time quote of Rockwell Automation stock traded at 396.10 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 16:40 CET on Monday, November 2, 2026.
