- Royal Caribbean reported strong third-quarter demand and lifted its full-year adjusted earnings outlook.
- Bookings for 2027 sailings are running ahead of historical levels at higher prices.

Royal Caribbean Group said demand remained strong after its third quarter, with bookings for 2027 sailings running ahead of historical levels at higher prices. The company also raised its full-year adjusted earnings outlook. PAX reported the figures in an article published on October 27 and updated on November 2.
Royal Caribbean stock traded at 276.65 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 11:48 CET on Monday, November 2, 2026. The quote stood alongside a market focus on the companys operating outlook rather than a verified Xetra daily comparison.
Strong demand lifts full-year view
Royal Caribbean reported third-quarter revenue of 5.6 billion US dollars, up 9 percent from the same period a year earlier. The group carried about 2.7 million guests, also 9 percent more than in the prior-year quarter, while its load factor reached 112 percent.
Management attributed the better-than-expected performance partly to stronger close-in demand in Europe and the Caribbean. Some expenses shifted into the fourth quarter, while higher anticipated fuel costs and currency movements are expected to weigh on the remainder of the year.
The company now expects full-year adjusted earnings per share of 17.85 to 17.95 US dollars. The revised range follows the third-quarter performance and gives investors a higher earnings framework for 2026, although fuel prices, exchange rates and booking trends remain important variables.
2027 bookings remain key focus
Overall booking volumes have increased in the mid-teens since the previous earnings call, while bookings for 2027 have risen in the high teens, according to the company. Chief Executive Jason Liberty said demand for the groups vacation offerings remained strong and that 2027 bookings were pacing ahead of historical levels at higher rates.
The booking trend supports pricing and capacity utilization, but it also leaves the shares exposed to changes in consumer spending, operating costs and travel demand. The company expects fourth-quarter adjusted earnings per share of 3.48 to 3.58 US dollars, according to the figures reported by PAX.
Sandals deal adds resort exposure
Royal Caribbean also reiterated that its planned acquisition of a 50 percent interest in Sandals and Beaches Resorts is expected to close in early 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The group plans to include the resorts expected contribution in its 2027 guidance once the transaction closes.
The proposed combination would broaden Royal Caribbean Groups exposure beyond cruises. PAX reported that the company said about 30 percent of its guests also take all-inclusive vacations, while a similar share of Sandals and Beaches guests also cruise.
