ServiceNow and LTM announced on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, that they plan to expand their partnership around agentic artificial intelligence and joint go-to-market initiatives. The companies said the initiative is designed to help enterprises move from isolated AI use cases to broader deployments with governance and measurable business outcomes. Business Wire carried the announcement.

LTM offers a live enterprise blueprint

LTM, an Elite ServiceNow partner, serves more than 700 customers jointly with ServiceNow. The companies intend to use LTM's own transformation as a client-zero blueprint for customers seeking to deploy and manage AI agents across business functions.

LTM has deployed 1,500 ServiceNow AI agents across its operations. The agents work alongside employees, while ServiceNow's Super Intelligence Control Tower provides a central system for tracking AI assets and overseeing related risks. LTM expects the setup to deliver up to an 80 percent improvement in AI asset management and efficiency.

The announcement also points to existing operational applications across cybersecurity, human resources, information technology and project delivery. According to the companies, ServiceNow solutions are streamlining security operations, reducing IT ticket volumes and enabling senior management review cycles that are up to 87 percent faster.

Governance becomes part of the pitch

The partnership gives ServiceNow another commercial example for its argument that AI adoption requires more than individual applications. LTM's rollout combines AI agents with controls for visibility, access and accountability, issues that become more important as digital agents receive permission to operate inside enterprise systems.

Krishnan Iyer, LTM's chief growth officer, said the expanded partnership would help enterprises move agentic AI from experimentation to business impact. Kulmeet Singh Bawa, ServiceNow's general vice president and managing director for India, said companies need to know where their agents are, what they are doing and who is accountable for them.
