- FY26 revenue reached AUD 10.8 billion after the Chemist Warehouse combination.
- Normalised EBIT rose to AUD 1.09 billion, while integration synergies reached AUD 32.6 million.
- Debt, margin execution and the planned synergy program remain key investor watchpoints.
Sigma Healthcare's first full year after combining with Chemist Warehouse has put merger execution at the centre of the investment case. A Kalkine analysis published on November 2, 2026 highlighted the group's operating performance and the financial measures investors will track after the merger.
For the year ended June 30, 2026, Sigma reported revenue of AUD 10.8 billion. Normalised earnings before interest and tax reached AUD 1.09 billion, with a normalised EBIT margin of 10.1%. These are adjusted measures, so their development should be considered alongside statutory earnings rather than treated as a direct substitute.
Synergies and debt set the test
The group reported AUD 32.6 million in integration synergies for FY26 and indicated a target of AUD 100 million annually by FY29. Delivering that target will depend on coordinating systems, distribution operations, store arrangements and people-related processes across the enlarged business.
Net debt stood at AUD 663 million, equal to 0.57 times normalised EBITDA. The Australian segment remained the main operating anchor, while international EBIT reached AUD 55.8 million and Ireland became profitable for the first time, according to the analysis.
Sigma Healthcare stock traded at 1.75 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 20:52 CET on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Investors can follow the real-time quote of Sigma Healthcare stock.
