- Preliminary fiscal 2026 revenue and adjusted free cash flow came in below the prior year but met the updated forecast.
- Stabilus lowered its 2030 revenue ambition and linked the revision to weaker automotive markets and equipment investment.
- The annual report with final fiscal 2026 figures is scheduled for December 7, 2026.
Stabilus SE met its revised fiscal 2026 forecast but lowered its longer-term growth ambition, according to a November 5 EQS News release. The preliminary figures cover the fiscal year ended September 30, 2026.
The real-time quote of Stabilus stock was 14.44 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 23:00 CET on Friday, November 6, 1.40 percent above the Xetra close of Friday, November 6 at 14.24 euros.
Targets reset after weaker markets
Preliminary fiscal 2026 revenue reached 1,197.6 million euros, compared with 1,296.1 million euros in fiscal 2025. The adjusted EBIT margin narrowed to 10.4 percent from 11.0 percent, while adjusted free cash flow fell to 96.1 million euros from 119.0 million euros. All three measures were in line with the updated forecast.
Stabilus now expects fiscal 2030 revenue of around 1.5 billion euros, down from its previous ambition of about 2.0 billion euros. The adjusted EBIT margin target is 12 percent to 15 percent, compared with the former 15 percent objective. The company cited lower automotive revenue expectations in China and North America and weaker investment appetite for automotive manufacturing equipment.
Around 67 million euros of non-cash goodwill impairments in the Americas region are expected to reduce reported EBIT for fiscal 2026. The charge is excluded from adjusted EBIT and does not affect liquidity or adjusted free cash flow. Stabilus also proposed a fiscal 2026 dividend of 0.22 euros per share, subject to approval.
Romanian expansion adds capacity
Romania Insider reported on November 2 that Stabilus Romania is preparing an approximately 2.5 million euro investment in an electrostatic painting facility at its Sânpetru plant. The planned line is designed to expand capacity for shock absorbers and could handle up to 7 million units annually.
The next major company date is December 7, 2026, when Stabilus plans to publish its annual report with final fiscal 2026 figures and hold its results conference.
Germany's DAX market remains the relevant domestic benchmark for the Frankfurt-listed company.
