- Stellar's Bell Protocol 30 is live on testnet after validators approved the upgrade on November 3.
- A mainnet validator vote is scheduled for November 23 at 17:00 UTC, but activation is not guaranteed.
- XLM was quoted at USD 0.15394 on the Investing.com page read for November 7, 2026.

The Stellar price is in focus as the network moves from a completed testnet vote toward a scheduled mainnet decision on Bell Protocol 30. Validators approved the upgrade on November 3, and Bell is now live on Stellar's testnet. A mainnet validator vote is scheduled for November 23 at 17:00 UTC, according to Coinranking.
What Bell Changes
Bell, also known as Protocol 30, introduces three changes. Muxed contract addresses are designed to let one smart-contract address serve multiple customers while preserving customer identifiers in transfer events. The upgrade also adds post-quantum signature verification for smart contracts using ML-DSA and gives the ledger a millisecond clock. The clock removes a technical barrier to future faster ledger-close changes, but Bell does not make blocks faster by itself.
The mainnet date is therefore a scheduled vote, not a confirmed activation. The upgrade takes effect only if the validator vote reaches the required consensus threshold. The Coinranking report says the Stellar Core v30.0.0 software has been available since October 16, giving ecosystem operators time to prepare wallets, custodians and related infrastructure.
Price And Investor Context
Investing.com displayed XLM at USD 0.15394 on November 7, 2026, with a market capitalization of USD 5.45 billion, 24-hour volume of USD 192.36 million and a reported rank of 17. The page also showed a 52-week range of USD 0.13725 to USD 0.31124. Its displayed percentage change is an intraday or rolling market figure and is not used here as the UTC daily comparison.
For that comparison, Fincast listed XLM at USD 0.1533 for November 6 and USD 0.1529 at 05:36 UTC on November 7. Using the November 6 USD reference, the Investing.com reading of USD 0.15394 was 0.42 percent higher. Crypto markets trade continuously, so the two market pages can show different aggregate readings at nearby times.
Recent network adoption also illustrates the distinction between blockchain activity and direct token demand. 24/7 Wall St. reported that Stellar attracted USD 757.5 million in tokenized-fund inflows over the 90 days through November 2, ahead of Solana's USD 670 million. The same analysis cautioned that low network fees and the use of other assets for settlement can limit the effect on XLM demand. For investors, the November 23 vote is thus a concrete technical milestone, while its effect on the Stellar price will depend on implementation and actual network use.
