TRON's third-quarter network data points to continued strength in stablecoin settlement, while TRX remained below its 52-week high. Token Terminal's Q3 2026 report, highlighted by TRON DAO on November 2, showed average stablecoin supply of USD 92.25 billion, an increase of 4.18 percent from the previous quarter and 14.58 percent from a year earlier.

The report was covered in a sponsored article by The Block. It said stablecoin supply reached USD 93.88 billion at the end of September. Average USDT supply on TRON was USD 90.75 billion, compared with USD 87.73 billion on Ethereum, giving TRON a lead of USD 3.02 billion across the chains tracked in the report.

Usage grows, fees fall

Stablecoin transfers on TRON totaled USD 2.18 trillion in Q3, up 4.17 percent from the previous quarter. The number of stablecoin holder addresses averaged 76.53 million, while monthly active addresses averaged 17.81 million. Token Terminal recorded 1.08 billion transactions during the quarter, a 31.19 percent year-over-year increase.

The usage figures were accompanied by lower average fees. The report put TRON network revenue at USD 693.21 million, equivalent to 93.18 percent of revenue across the tracked layer-1 and layer-2 networks, while the average transaction fee fell to USD 0.64. This distinction matters for investors: higher activity did not translate into higher fees in the reported quarter.

Institutional access broadens

The same report cited additional access routes for TRX, including native staking through Anchorage Digital, futures trading on Bitnomial and the launch of Canary Capital's Staked TRX ETF. TRON DAO also said eligible Bitstamp clients gained access to USDT on the TRON network. These developments expand the available infrastructure, but they do not by themselves establish future demand for TRX.

TRX remains below yearly high

Investing.com's TRON market page showed TRX at USD 0.320021 at the time of retrieval on November 3, 2026. The page listed a market capitalization of USD 30.31 billion, 24-hour volume of USD 566.84 million, circulating supply of 95.02 billion TRX and a rank of eight. Its displayed 52-week range was USD 0.268283 to USD 0.376886.

The TRON price reading was therefore about 15 percent below the displayed 52-week high. A verified UTC close for November 2 was not used to calculate a daily change, so the current reading should be treated as a market snapshot rather than a measured session performance. The combination of record stablecoin activity and lower fees leaves network adoption and value capture as separate factors for investors to monitor.
