New VYVGART and pipeline data
argenx SE said on September 29 that it will present new clinical, long-term and real-world data at the 2026 American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine Annual Meeting and the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America Scientific Session in Orlando from September 29 through October 2. The presentations cover VYVGART in myasthenia gravis and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, as well as the company’s empasiprubart and adimanebart programs, according to the argenx release.
The company reported that Phase 3 ADAPT OCULUS data showed further improvement in ocular myasthenia gravis after additional VYVGART treatment cycles. It also cited one-year ADAPT SERON data showing mean Myasthenia Gravis Activities of Daily Living improvements of approximately five points maintained through Week 52 in patients without detectable anti-AChR antibodies. A real-world analysis covered more than 1,100 U.S. patients, the release said.
For CIDP, argenx highlighted follow-up extending beyond five years in the ADHERE and ADHERE+ studies, along with data on a one-week transition from IVIg to VYVGART Hytrulo. The release also described Phase 2 results for empasiprubart in multifocal motor neuropathy and Phase 1b data for adimanebart in DOK7 congenital myasthenic syndrome.
