Executive appointment

Arkema announced on September 28 that François DesnĂ© will join the company as Senior Vice President of High Performance Polymers and Fluorogases and as a member of the Group’s Executive Committee, effective October 12, 2026. He will succeed Laurent Tellier, who was appointed Arkema’s Chief Operating Officer in July. The company said DesnĂ© has nearly 30 years of international industry experience and has held senior positions at Bekaert, Recticel, BASF and Rhodia. Arkema said the unit supplies hydrogen to the site and forms the first phase of an investment plan extending through 2028.
