In a Form 6-K filed on September 18, 2026, Arm Holdings submitted its annual report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The group reported revenue of $4.92 billion, compared with $4.01 billion in fiscal 2025, and profit before tax of $960 million, up from $756 million.
The report said Arm had 56 extant Total Access licenses and 329 extant Flexible Access licenses at March 31, 2026, compared with 44 and 314, respectively, a year earlier. It also described the March 2026 introduction of the Arm AGI CPU as an expansion of the company’s compute platform into production silicon products.
