Solar financing in Colombia
On September 30, 2026, Ashmore Colombia, a subsidiary of Ashmore Group plc, announced that one of its funds and shareholder Patria Investments had closed debt financing for the construction and development of the Puertos de Santander solar project in Colombia, according to an Ashmore Group release. The project is planned with installed capacity of 250.8 MWp and is expected to enter operation in December 2027.
