Under the agreement, BNI will provide financing solutions through BNI Wirausaha and Kredit Usaha Rakyat for investments, new-store openings and business expansion by current and prospective Indomaret franchisees. The cooperation was signed at BNI’s headquarters in Jakarta on September 30, 2026, according to the company release. BNI said the collaboration will also cover supplier financing for Indomarco Prismatama private-label and Indogrosir fresh-product suppliers. The release said about 500 new franchise stores were targeted for 2026, while 1,088 stores were entering a cooperation-renewal period.
