Frankfurt hotel sold to Art-Invest
Art-Invest Real Estate said on October 1, 2026, that it acquired the IntercityHotel Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof Süd from CA Immo for an institutional fund vehicle. The transaction was structured as an asset deal, and the purchase price was not disclosed, according to the Art-Invest announcement.
The hotel opened in 2018 and has 414 rooms, a restaurant, meeting and conference space, and a parking garage. It is leased on a long-term basis to IntercityHotel GmbH, the announcement said. The buyer plans to hold the property for the long term.
