CANCOM reports third buyback update
In an EQS release published through Deutsche Börse on September 28, 2026, CANCOM SE said it acquired 125,760 treasury shares between September 21 and September 25 as part of its share buyback program.
The purchases brought the total number of shares repurchased under the program since September 7 to 331,742, according to the same announcement. CANCOM SE said the shares were acquired by a commissioned credit institution through electronic Xetra trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
Program parameters
CANCOM's investor-relations page states that the program can cover up to 1,436,985 shares, representing up to 5 percent of the company's share capital, from September 7 through December 31, 2026.
