Chevron stock: leadership changes set for January 2027

Chevron Corporation has announced senior leadership changes that will take effect on January 1, 2027. Jeff Gustavson, currently president of New Energies, will become chief financial officer, while current CFO Eimear Bonner will become president of Oil, Products & Gas, according to the company's Business Wire release.

The filing identifies Gustavson as Chevron's future principal financial officer and says his annual base salary will be USD 1,000,000, with a target bonus percentage of 110%, effective January 1, 2027, according to the SEC filing.
