Fiscal second-quarter results
In its September 1, 2026, release, Dell Technologies reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of USD 46.971 billion for the three months ended July 31, 2026, up 58% year over year. GAAP diluted earnings per share reached USD 6.34, while AI-server orders totaled USD 60.9 billion and the quarter-end AI-server backlog was USD 95 billion, according to the Dell press release.
Full-year outlook
Dell raised its fiscal 2027 full-year revenue guidance to USD 192.0 billion. The company also set non-GAAP diluted EPS guidance at USD 25.50 and lifted its AI-optimized server revenue outlook to USD 74.0 billion, the company said.
