Leadership change at DHL Express
An EQS-distributed company announcement published through Financial Times Markets Data said DHL Express appointed Julian Neo as managing director for Hong Kong and Macau, effective October 1, 2026. He will succeed Andy Chiang, who is due to retire from DHL Group on January 1, 2027.
The announcement said Neo has more than 25 years of experience with DHL Express across sales, commercial and management roles in Malaysia, Singapore and Asia Pacific. He has been managing director of DHL Express Malaysia and Brunei since 2019.
Battery logistics expansion
In a separate September 22 announcement, DHL Group said its global battery logistics network already connected more than 20 sites. The company also said it delivered more than 1,100 battery energy storage system units worldwide in the first half of 2026.
