Bond redemption scheduled for October

In a September 11 notice, Elis said it would redeem all outstanding 2.25 percent bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares due 2029 on October 13, 2026. The bonds have a nominal value of EUR 380,000,000. Unless holders exercise their conversion or exchange right by October 2, each bond will be redeemed in cash at EUR 100,129.45, including accrued interest.

Employee share plan

Elis also announced on September 3 a 2026 “Elis for All” employee share ownership plan. The two planned capital increases have a combined ceiling of EUR 2,000,000, representing 2,000,000 shares and 0.86 percent of share capital at the decision date. The offer includes a 30 percent discount to the reference price and a matching contribution of one share for every 10 shares subscribed. The subscription period runs from September 15 through October 1, with completion of the capital increases indicated for November 10, 2026, subject to final confirmation.
