Essity reported that the transactions were conducted on Nasdaq Stockholm by BofA Securities Europe on its behalf.
Nomination committee appointed
Essity also appointed the nomination committee for its 2027 annual general meeting in a September 23 release. The committee includes representatives of Industrivärden, AMF and AMF Fonder, Cevian Capital Partners, Skandia and Essity’s board. The annual meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2027, in Stockholm. Essity said the committee will prepare proposals on board composition, remuneration and auditor election.
