In a report dated September 25, PKO Bank Polski S.A. said its management board had completed a second repurchase of OP0827 subordinated bonds. The bank repurchased 3,601 bonds with an aggregate nominal value of PLN 360.1 million at 100.9 percent of nominal value, excluding accrued and unpaid interest. The repurchased bonds were cancelled, leaving 6,085 bonds outstanding with an aggregate nominal value of PLN 608.5 million, according to the issuerâs report.
In a September 14 report, the bank announced plans to issue senior non-preferred bonds with a total nominal value of up to PLN 1.50 billion. The bonds are to mature no later than eight years after issuance, carry a floating rate based on six-month WIBOR plus a margin and have an issue date no later than October 30, 2026. PKO Bank Polski also said it would seek admission to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchangeâs Alternative Trading System, as stated in the issuerâs report.
