Ferrari N.V. reported on September 28 that it had repurchased 82,524 common shares between September 21 and September 25 under the EUR 250 million third tranche of its multiyear share buyback program. The purchases covered Euronext Milan and the New York Stock Exchange and totaled EUR 29,796,393.26, excluding fees, according to the GlobeNewswire report.
From the announcement of the third tranche through September 25, Ferrari said it had invested EUR 57,455,127.93 for 160,799 shares on Euronext Milan and USD 21,998,568.42, equivalent to EUR 19,100,484.75, for 53,790 shares on the New York Stock Exchange. The company also reported 1,805,393 common shares held in treasury as of September 25, equal to 1.02 percent of issued common shares. Since January 5, Ferrari said it had purchased 1,915,773 own common shares for total consideration of EUR 587,312,917.89. The program is expected to total approximately EUR 3.5 billion through 2030, the same company report said.
