The filing said 307,954 shares vested immediately, while the remaining shares would vest in tranches tied to payments for backup power generators for Amazon data centers, up to $8 billion. The SEC filing also said the warrant could be exercised through September 16, 2033, subject to its conditions.
According to Reuters, the long-term agreement covers backup generators for Amazon data centers. The SEC filing said initial deliveries were expected to total $2.4 billion in 2027 and 2028.
