HelloFresh lowers 2026 outlook
In an inside-information release dated September 24, 2026, HelloFresh SE said it expected third-quarter 2026 revenue to decline 11 percent to 12 percent year over year in constant currency. It projected third-quarter adjusted EBITDA of EUR 45 million to EUR 55 million, also on a constant-currency basis.
The company lowered its full-year 2026 constant-currency revenue outlook to a decline of 9 percent to 11 percent, from a previous expectation of a decline at the bottom end of a 3 percent to 6 percent range. Its adjusted EBITDA outlook was reduced to EUR 350 million to EUR 370 million from EUR 375 million to EUR 425 million. HelloFresh said its third-quarter and nine-month financial statements were scheduled for publication on November 5, 2026.
