Networking outlook and Vultr order
In its September 30 release, HPE said it was raising its fiscal 2027 Networking segment revenue-growth outlook to between the high teens and low 20s percent, with an operating-margin expectation in the mid-to-high 20s percent range. The company also raised its target for Juniper Networks-related annual run-rate savings to USD 800 million by the end of fiscal 2028, from at least USD 600 million previously.
The SEC-filed exhibit also reported HPE’s first order for AMD Helios AI Rack by HPE systems: a USD 1.20 billion order from Vultr. HPE said the systems feature purpose-built networking hardware and software.
