Mobile AI service launched for SMEs
In a September 30, 2026 release, KPN said it was introducing Mobile AI as part of a mobile subscription for small and midsized businesses. The service automatically processes phone calls into summaries of key points, actions and agreements, and converts voicemails into text. KPN said new business customers could choose a subscription with or without Mobile AI, while existing KPN EEN MKB customers could add the service without changing providers or numbers.
The company said Mobile AI was developed by KPN and uses technology from ElevenLabs. The service became available October 1, 2026. KPN said entrepreneurs could use it free for the first two months, after which pricing starts at EUR 7.50 per month. The company also said it plans to add features including an AI assistant and a smart selection menu.
