L'Oréal announces EUR 2 billion bond issue
In a September 24, 2026 release, L'Oréal said it had placed bonds with a total nominal value of EUR 2 billion. The offering comprised an EUR 850 million two-year tranche, an EUR 500 million three-year tranche and an EUR 650 million seven-year tranche.
L'Oréal said the net proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes. The bonds were scheduled to be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris from the settlement date planned for September 30, 2026.
