In a September 24, 2026 release, Mediobanca said it had completed the placement of the senior tranche of the Quarzo securitization of consumer-credit receivables originated by Compass. The issue raised EUR 650 million, above its initial target.
The company said the senior tranche was placed at a spread of 73 basis points over three-month Euribor. It described the transaction as the second Quarzo securitization placed on the market in 2026 and said the two deals had raised a combined EUR 1.5 billion.
