License agreement for experimental cancer drug

In a September 30 release, Merck said it had entered into an exclusive global license agreement with SciBrunch Therapeutics for SPR2015, an investigational preclinical oral KRAS G12D inhibitor. Merck received worldwide rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize the compound.
