NetApp reported first-quarter fiscal 2027 net revenue of $2.03 billion, up 30 percent from the year-earlier quarter. The period ended July 31, 2026. GAAP diluted earnings per share were $1.88, while non-GAAP diluted earnings per share were $2.58. NetApp reported GAAP net income of $375 million for the first quarter, compared with $233 million in the year-earlier period. NetApp separately announced its intent to acquire PEAK:AIO, a company focused on metadata architecture and high-performance parallel file systems.
