Nokia ends joint MoCA investment

Nokia informed InCoax Networks AB on September 28 that it would not continue investing in their joint MoCA-based offering, according to an announcement distributed through Nasdaq. InCoax products will consequently be removed from Nokia’s customer offering.

Nokia cited insufficient customer interest in the joint solution as the reason for its decision. InCoax said it was evaluating the implications, including the significance for the parties’ existing agreements, and had started discussions with Nokia about the way forward, the Nasdaq-published company announcement said.
